Coaching staff


Is a former professional goalkeeper and Division I College standout at St. John’s University. After years of playing youth soccer as both a field player and goalkeeper, Kristin accepted a scholarship to St. John’s University in Queens, NY where she was a four-year starter.

As a freshman, Kristin finished the season ranked 3rd in the Nation among goalkeepers as well as being named St. John’s Team Most Valuable Player. While playing for St. John’s, Kristin rewrote the school’s record books becoming the all-time record holder in victories, shutouts and goals-against average. She is also listed many times in the single-season record charts for the BIG EAST and NCAA.

Upon graduating from St. John’s University she signed a contract to play professional soccer with Afturelding FC in Mosfellsbaer, Iceland. During her professional campaign, she was a 4-time Man of the Match and helped Afturelding FC to its first-ever playoff berth.

In 2013 Kristin returned to the states to begin a new venture. She moved back to St. Petersburg, Florida and started KRS Goalkeeping Academy. 

In 2018 Kristin became the DOC (Director of Coaching) for Seminole Santos Soccer Club, as well as the Goalkeeper Coach for Florida Southern College Women's Soccer, an NCAA Division II Program in the Sunshine State Conference. 

In 2020 Kristin became the Director of Goalkeeping for Florida Elite Soccer Academy, working closely with boys and girls ECNL and ECNLR are teams. 

In 2022 Kristin returned to the Tampa Bay Area to become the Goalkeeping Director for Florida Premier FC. 

Kristin is extremely passionate about player development, building confidence, and helping players achieve their full potential. Through KRS Goalkeeping, Kristin  has worked with and influenced many goalkeepers across the Tampa Bay Area, Orlando, and Jacksonville, and with much success- it has become the top Goalkeeper Academies in Florida and nationwide.  


Sean started his college career at NCAA Division 2 St. Thomas Aquinas College.  After one year he then transferred to perennial junior college power house Herkimer County Community College. While at Herkimer Sean had plenty of team and individual success. His sophomore year Sean helped captain the team to the final four.  Along the way he was named to the NJCAA 1st team All-Region and 1st team All-American teams.  


Due to his accolades Sean then went on to receive a scholarship to play at NCAA Division 1 James Madison University.  At JMU Sean helped to turn the program into a top 25 team.  In his junior year JMU won the conference regular season earning the top seed going into the conference tournament.  His senior season Sean saw plenty of team success helping the team win the conference tournament and advance to the NCAA Elite 8, something the school has not done in over 20 years. 


Post playing career Sean wanted to give back to the next generation of driven players like himself.  Teaching players what he knows from playing the game at such a high level. Currently Sean is the Goalkeeper coach at Jesuit High School Tampa. 


Is a Former division one goalkeeper at the University of North Florida. Ryan was also a former semi-professional player for the Rowdies U23 and had a contract for USL 2’s Florida Elite Soccer Academy. Before Ryan’s collegiate and semi-professional years, he played for Brandon’s VSI soccer club, Strictly Soccer FC, and Tampa Bay United, an ECNL team. While playing for Tampa Bay United in his final year of club soccer, Ryan helped his team win a State Championship, Regional Championship, and National Championship. Also being a two time Olympic Developmental Player, Ryan Traveled across the U.S representing the state of Florida as one of the top-ranked goalkeepers in the nation. Unfortunately, Ryan’s career was cut short due to injury in his first year of collegiate play. He now takes a serious career in goalkeeper coaching by already obtaining his USC Goalkeeper Level 1 Diploma and will be running a big part of KRS Goalkeeping in Tampa Bay, Florida.



For as long as I can remember I have always been active, playing sports, running and just enjoying life. Being an athlete introduced me to training at an early age. Weight and endurance training helped me on and off the playing field. I took this love of fitness and became a personal trainer. My goal as a personal trainer is to motivate, inspire, and educate others about the benefits of exercising and living a healthy lifestyle. Health and fitness is more than just your appearance; exercising makes us feel better and live healthier. With patience and persistence, anyone can achieve realistic goals, including high self-esteem, confidence, and the body you desire. I strive to create a personal relationship with all my clients. I'm here to provide encouragement, confidence, motivation, and strength, to help you reach your fitness goals!

Gaelyn Crowder
Social Media Intern

Is a former Division 2 player, playing for Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. Gaelyn was a two-time captain in her time at Florida Southern and received All-Conference honors in the ultra-competitive Sunshine State Conference. 

Prior to the college level, Gaelyn played club soccer for FC Boulder and high school soccer for Fairview High School, both in Boulder, Colorado where she is from. She was a captain of both teams her senior year. While at FC Boulder and Fairview, she helped her teams to great heights including state runner up, and she played up a year with FC Boulder’s ’96 Girls team during Regionals, ending in the quarterfinal match of the Region Four Regional Tournament. 

She is happy to still be around the game of soccer and is excited to have the opportunity to join the staff at KRS Goalkeeping.
