KRS Goalkeeping Academy is hosting a 4-Week Junior Elite GK Academy on Sunday's 10/6-10/27 from 4:30 PM-6:00 PM for goalkeepers ages 10-13 with 2-3 years of goalkeeping experience. The 4-Week Academy will be held at the SYAA Sports Complex in Seminole, Florida. 

This is a goalkeeping academy geared towards a junior goalkeeper that has 2-3 years playing the goalkeeping position. During our Junior Elite GK Academy; goalkeepers will master the art of moderate to advanced handling techniques, diving, introduction to modern goalkeeping trends, grasp basic tactical knowledge, and learn how to cope with high pressure game situations. 

Goalkeepers will receive top-notch coaching by Former Professional & current Goalkeeper Coach for Florida Southern College, Kristin Russell, and Staff.

Junior Elite GK Academy Curriculum:

Week 1 (10/06/19)- Set Position, Contour Catch, and Variations of Diving (Low and Collapse) 

Week 2 (10/13/19)- Shot-Stopping, Positioning and Distribution

Week 3 (10/20/19)- High Balls, Crosses, and Distribution

Week 4 (10/27/19)- Variations of 1v1/Breakaway Techniques
