Join KRS for Our 1-Day Summer Junior Goalkeeper Clinic!

KRS Goalkeeping Academy is hosting a 1-Day Junior Goalkeeper Clinic on Saturday July 24th for goalkeepers ages 8-12 at the Seminole Junior Warhawks Soccer Complex in Largo, FL. Goalkeepers will receive top-notch coaching by Former Professional & current College Goalkeeper Coach for Florida Southern College, Kristin Russell, and staff. 

Goalkeepers will master the art of basic handling, learn modern goalkeeping trends, and be introduced to basic tactical knowledge. 

During our Junior Goalkeeper Camp; goalkeepers will master the art of moderate to advanced handling techniques, diving, introduction to modern goalkeeping trends, grasp basic tactical knowledge, and learn how to cope with high-pressure game situations. 

Our GK Wars Competition will be a round robin format- each game will consist of two 3 minute halves. Goalkeepers will be placed in brackets to compete against goalkeepers that are around a similar age and ability level. All goalkeepers are guaranteed 3 games.

Clinic Schedule:

9:00-11:00 AM Set Shape, Handling, Low and Collapse Diving Technique

10:00-11:00 AM Close Range Shot Stopping, Positioning, and Distribution

11:00-11:30 AM Snack Break

11:30-1:00 PM GK Wars Competition
