Each Clinic Will Highlight Specific Components of the Goalkeeping Position: Shot-Stopping Clinic and Modern Goalkeeper Clinic

KRS Goalkeeping Academy is hosting a Shot-Stopping Clinic on Saturday, June 22nd, 2019 from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM for goalkeepers ages 13+ at Sawgrass Park, St. Pete. Goalkeepers will receive top-notch coaching by Former Professional & current Goalkeeper Coach for Florida Southern College, Kristin Russell, and Staff.

Session 1 Topic: Shot-Stopping

Our shot-stopping clinic will focus on more advanced technical skills and tactical development. The goalkeepers will learn an array of handling techniques-depending on location and velocity of the shot, where to properly position themselves during specific game-scenarios, and how to handle high pressure situations.

Shot-Stopping Clinic Schedule:

9:00-9:30 AM Technical Warm-Up

9:30-10:00 AM Shot-Stopping (Outside the 18 yd box)

10:00-10:30 AM Shot-Stopping (Inside the 18 yd box)

10:30-11:00 AM Close Range/Reaction Saves

11:00-11:30 AM Positioning

11:30-12:00 PM Second Save Scenarios

Single Clinic Price: $90

Price for Both Clinics: $160
